Tara Lovesee

Tara Lovesee is the owning broker of Love Sea Homes, a company dedicated to helping buyers and sellers of pre-owned manufactured and mobile homes on leased land throughout Volusia County and the surrounding areas. Known for her professionalism and compassion, Tara brings both industry expertise and a client-centered approach, ensuring every transaction is handled with integrity, care, and attention to detail.

Her real estate journey began in Nebraska and expanded to Florida, where she recognized the growing need for knowledgeable guidance in the manufactured housing market. With several years of real estate experience, she has developed a deep understanding of the unique aspects of buying and selling on leased land, and she takes pride in helping her clients feel supported and confident throughout the process.

Before entering into real estate and the mobile/manufactured home industry, Tara dedicated two decades to a career in social work, specializing in long-term care, assisted living, and hospice services. This background gave her a foundation of empathy, patience, and strong communication skills — qualities that continue to guide her work with clients today.

Outside of her career, Tara enjoys spending time with her family/significant other, traveling, spending time with her loyal companion (Fritz), relaxing at the beach and expanding her knowledge in things she finds interesting.

Outside of her career, she enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, cooking, and relaxing at the beach.
